We are officially out of the hospital but can't go home. We left the hospital at about 2pm and went to shopper drugmart to take in all of his perscriptions. We were there an hour! We had to buy one of those pill schedule things that sort your pills. This one is huge! It is a week and has sections for morning, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, bedtime ! Feeling crazy with pills. He has to go in once a day for anti biotics and then tues thurs sunday for hemo . In the mean time we will hang out. J laughed and said,"well we said we wanted to get away and spend some time together, just not what I had in mind." He is on: Rifadin 300mg(antibiotic: hard core one ) ancef(intervenus), Quinapril 10mg, vit D supplements 3 times a week at hemo time, tums morning, night, and everytime he eats, Docusate Sodium.
The kids are doing okay. Erin is coming tonite to visit with Kevin and Nic. Avalin calls me everytime she goes poop in the toilet! She wants me to know. Raanin seems to be having some attitude but he is loving the attention from Uncle Clarence and Grandma. The dog is in a kennel. Liz brought J a cheese cake today( it is one food that is approved) Rob came again to visit for awhile. Discovering PG! Found a scrapbook store today....Found the Chapel. Church is at 9 or 1. J is loving having TV. He is watching all the football games.
This seems really unfair to have to stay here but it is a blessing. We know that things will be as they have to be. We are on God's time schedule not ours. So we are going to stop fighting it and enjoy what we got.
