Monday Morning

So after court is out away we go to the Renal care unit at the PG hospital.  We are both in dress clothes and I am in 4 inch heals(big mistake!)  By 11pm my feet hurt!  Nothing compared to our brains and Jason's body.....The nurses and Doctors are super here and we have had so much support from them. They all would do a double take on J cause he was not what they expected.  All the patients we saw were old or huge.  They could not believe he didn't look sick! We were whisked in and admited and there was no beds so J started in the hall and then the lounge and finally ....well he is in a bed but the lounge is now a room....  They gave us so much information.  Basically we were past the point of having choices anymore.  So Away J goes and has testing and a surgery to put in a Tenckhoff, or a Catheter.  It is so they can do CAPD.  Continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis.  Anyways.  By last night we were thru every gammit of emotion and J was tired and sore and well I am not sure....He was quiet mostly.
