Swiss Cheese: Jason's answer if you ask him how he feels!

Well Thursday was alot of education!  Lots of jokes and choices.  Jason is feeling like he is healing.  He says he can feel it.  He is trying to manage his pain and says the dyalisis doesn't hurt anymore except when the nurses move his catheder around when they are hooking it up.  My mom and Papa and brother came up from Moses Lake and Rob joined us to give J a blessing.  It was very powerful and comforting.  There is purpose in all things.  This will give him power, authority and knowledge to have more compassion.  He knows this is the plan for his life and that he will be used for a larger purpose.

Learned a lesson from another man in the hemo unit.  Always always pee before you start a cycle!  You are not aloud to stand up once you start and a cycle can be up to 4 hours...so  this guy has to pee!  Well  here is a jar and well not cool.  No privacy just recliner chairs all around a large room.  Ya lesson learned!    Learn about and track blood pressure.  Learn to control it before you get sick!  Once they have you on these pills it is a guessing games as far as I can tell!  If you start to get sick keep track of things...what you eat and what you take etc.  If you go in the hospital write it all down!  When you go potty and when you take what and who does what when!  So many times my little spiral book has stopped dumb nurses.
